- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch using clean, hand-coded solutions. - Build responsive and high-performing websites following best development practices. - Utilize strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP to create custom features and layouts. - Understand and implement the WordPress hook paradigm to ensure efficient and scalable solutions. - Work with page builders (e.g., Elementor, GeneratePress, Visual Composer) when needed and create custom elements where required. - Optimize website performance, caching, SEO, and ensure cross-browser compatibility. - Collaborate effectively with team members, communicate clearly, and take initiative to solve problems proactively.
