We’re looking for a Regional Business Development Manager (M&A) for an innovative aquaculture technology company based in Singapore. You’ll work remotely with occasional travel, identifying strategic M&A opportunities, expanding franchise and partner networks, and driving the regional sales of cutting-edge aquaculture equipment.
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate strategic mergers and acquisitions in the aquaculture or related sectors - Lead end-to-end business development activities across SEA markets - Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, franchisees, and investors - Drive regional sales of aquaculture technology equipment - Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends - Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, legal) to support commercial execution - Prepare business proposals, deal documents, and financial models for presentation to senior stakeholders - Monitor post-deal integration and performance to ensure success
- Business Development in Aqua Tech Sector (Equipment Sales) - Mergers and Acquisitions experience - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Market Research and Product - Competitive Analysis skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Previous experience in the agriculture, aquaculture, food production industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields
