Role Overview

We are open to opportunities for a Sales Senior who has experience in the software industry and or principle typically oversees the entire sales process, from strategy and team leadership to execution and performance analysis. They focus on building a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through new business development and existing account management.

Job Description

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. - Prepare regular sales reports for senior management. - Develop and manage the sales budget. - Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.

Job Requirements

- 15 years experience, maximum age 45 years old. - Bachelor’s degree in Business - Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role. - Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. - Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
