- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet hiring targets - Source, screen, and recruit blue collar workers (helpers) through various channels including job portals, social media, and direct outreach - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: candidate sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding - Collaborate with operational managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines - Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during recruitment - Support HR team with other recruitment-related activities as needed
